One fallen star has gained sentience, and embarks on a journey to rescue the stars and return them to their place in the sky. Explore a cold planet and defeat dark matter beasts to return the light to the sky, and bring peace back to the universe."
Led a team of 7 programmers, overseeing task progress for milestones, adjusting technical scope as needed, & maintaining tech documentation (build notes, quality assurance checklist, milestone rubrics)
Conducted weekly build showcases during standups, documenting bugs and identifying interdisciplinary needs for both tech and the larger team.
Developed Strike Teams for the entire team, along with guides for each team that elaborated on their responsibilities.
Managed the tech team's task tracking and bug triaging through ClickUp, optimizing the filtering process to improve efficiency and time management.
Collaborated with project leads / directors in weekly meetings, providing updates and advocating for tech team needs.
Programmed the Dash ("Moon Phase") Ability for the player and associated camera effects.
Assisted VFX artist by programming events to trigger their effects accordingly (enemy attacks, player abilities & movement particles, etc).
Assembled a build team that helped me package weekly executables, documented bugs and change-log notes, maintained quality standards, and uploaded to professors for review.
