Personal Anecdote: Senior year, I chose to serve as a mentor rather than continue with my junior team into the next stage of the GAM course. I wanted to provide the kind of support I felt was missing during my own junior-year experience. I actively engaged with each student team, offering guidance both during class and on my own time, and became a consistent, trusted resource that students felt comfortable reaching out to. It was rewarding to see my support make a visible impact on their confidence and progress.
Mentored 13 student teams in delivering higher-quality projects by guiding producers in workflow optimization and production methodologies.
Improved cross-functional collaboration for 200+ student developers by leading workshops on communication strategies, strike teams, and risk mitigation.
Assessed team milestone progress and production efficiency, assigning green/yellow/red status for production tools, providing actionable feedback that deepend backlog understanding and improved task tracking efficiency.
Personal Anecdote: Being a CA is an unforgettable, life-changing experience. With each year, I grow more—both emotionally and professionally. Even though the work can be intense, it’s also exhilarating and deeply fulfilling—especially when shared with hundreds of fellow CA's who have come to mean so much to me.
Provided end-to-end support for speakers during sessions, assisting with tech setup, crowd management, timing, and stage transitions to ensure smooth presentations.
Served as a Floater across multiple zones, responding to real-time requests from coordinators, providing coverage, and offering on-the-spot assistance to fellow CAs.
Monitored CA clock-ins and relayed needs to leadership, helping maintain coverage across high-traffic areas and ensuring CAs received timely breaks.
Assisted attendees in hallways and session areas by answering questions, giving directions, and maintaining a welcoming, organized event environment.
Collaborated with a large team under tight schedules, quickly adapting to shifting conference needs while upholding professionalism and attendee satisfaction.
Personal Anecdote: I thoroughly enjoyed my time at AMD, where I grew significantly as a graphics programmer. I had the opportunity to dive into unfamiliar tools—such as DirectX 12, PIX, and Radeon GPU Profiler—and gain hands-on experience working with hardware. The guidance I received from my coworkers and mentors was instrumental in building my confidence and developing my technical depth as a graphics engineer.
Supported graphics team by conducting a competitive performance analysis of Fortnite on AMD vs NVIDIA GPUs, providing insights into hardware efficiency and bottlenecks.
Created in-depth frame breakdown documentation in Confluence of FSR 3.10 to assess rendering performance using PIX and Radeon GPU profiling tools.
Developed a 3D engine to gain proficiency in DirectX 12 through self-driven study.
